Ford+ Champions

I lead design for Ford Motor Company's monthly Global Town Halls (GTH) which take place both live and virtually for all Ford employees around the globe. The end of year 2023 GTH – branded as Ford+ Champions – focused on employee recognition and had extended in-person components to celebrate the year while looking toward the future of the entire organization.
I designed a physical coin (on left) to be handed and shipped out to around a hundred chosen employees to recognize their efforts.
Ongoing design responsibilities: broadcast graphics, including video slates and lower thirds, stakeholder presentations, scrolling recognition slides, and promotional graphics.
Ford+ Uncovered Employee Immersion

I led design for a Ford Motor Company employee-focused event which gave employees a first-hand experience to interact with and be excited by future Ford products and services. 5,500+ employees attended over the course of 7 days and 35 sessions with C-Suite led presentations.
Activations included secret vehicle reveals, photo opps, mural walls, and more.

Designed assets above support adjacent workstreams which all serve the greater purpose of building trust and community for stakeholders and employees of Ford Motor Company on a global scale.
Ongoing design and creative strategy responsibilities include: designing internal stakeholder presentations, brainstorming on ways to both excite and inform employees, creating broadcasting graphics, and presenting look/feel for Ford's internal blog and promotions.
